In Field Technician - Air Conditioner Course, Trainee will be trained on identify the requirement of the customer by interacting with him, conduct installation and demonstrate the product to the customer’s satisfaction, Conduct successful repair of the product to customer’s satisfaction and get his signatures on job sheet and collect payment, if any, as per company’s policy, Comply with standard operating procedures for different types of air conditioners, Illustrate the soft skills that are required to carry out work efficiently and Comply with the standard safety procedures to maintain a safe work area. An Individual should be free from socio-economic prejudice and preferences. The trainee should be proficient in handling and safety conscious and the use of safety equipment. A trainee should be energetic, motivating, innovative and good at communication. The trainer ought to be able to use innovative ways to impart directions and to establish rapport with the trainees.
