Business Correspondents and Business Facilitators (BCBF) course include representatives appointed by the banks to supply banking services and act as an agent in the respective locations where the bank will not have a presence so as to push money inclusion. The fundamental difference in the role of the BC and BF is that BCs are permitted to carry out regular transactions for customers on behalf of the bank.
Business Facilitators are solely liable for spreading awareness associated with banking and the bank’s product, assisting the bank in business generation activities and recovery of bad debts.
However, they do not undertake any cash transactions. The applicants are required to have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
The individual should be self-driven and arranged with their work and act with integrity once playing multiple tasks for the purchasers.
