Technical Intern Training Program

The Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) is a Japan–India collaboration designed to provide Indian youth with 3–5 years of industry-based skill training in Japan. Launched in 1993 by the Government of Japan and extended to India through a bilateral agreement in 2016, TITP enables candidates to gain global experience and return with enhanced employability and advanced technical skills.

In India, TITP is implemented by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), which empanels Sending Organisations (SOs) to recruit, train, and dispatch candidates to Japan for practical on-the-job training across multiple industries.

ASMACS Skill Development Limited (ASDLT) has been officially recognised as a Sending Organisation under the TITP by NSDC, empowering skilled Indian youth to access international employment opportunities in Japan.
