
RTD (Recruit–Train–Deploy)
The Recruit–Train–Deploy (RTD) model is an innovative initiative launched by the Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) to bridge the gap between industry demand and workforce readiness. The model begins with candidate recruitment based on employer requirements, followed by customized, job-specific training and ends with guaranteed deployment.
ASMACS Skill Development Limited (ASDLT) has consistently demonstrated excellence in implementing RTD programs across states, empowering youth with industry-relevant skills and enabling overseas employment opportunities.
Project Achievements

📍 Bihar (2016–2018 & 2018–2019):
Trained over 500 candidates across multiple batches under RTD programs aligned with CSDCI (Construction Skill Development Council of India) standards.
Achieved 85%+ overseas placement, reflecting global demand for skilled Indian workers.
Honored with the Best Placement Award by BSDM, presented by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar. -
📍 Odisha (2024–2025 – Ongoing):
Awarded a new RTD project by the Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA).
Currently executing training with 2 batches completed and a 90%+ placement rate.
Focused on preparing candidates for international job roles through practical, globally-aligned training.
