PDOT (Pre-Departure Orientation Training)
The Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT) is a flagship initiative by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, launched in 2018 to equip Indian workers migrating abroad with essential cultural, legal, and workplace knowledge about their destination countries. The program aligns with MEA’s motto: “Surakshit Jaaye, Prashikshit Jaaye, Vishwas ke Saath Jaaye.”
ASMACS Skill Development Limited (ASDLT) is proud to be the first MEA-approved training partner to implement PDOT in India, contributing significantly to the national framework for migrant preparedness and global workforce readiness.
