OTDS (Odisha Tribal Development Society)

The Odisha Tribal Development Society (OTDS) is a key government initiative focused on improving the socio-economic conditions of tribal communities across Odisha through education, skill development, infrastructure, and livelihood enhancement. OTDS functions under the ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of Odisha.

Under the OTDS skill development initiative, ASMACS Skill Development Limited (ASDLT) has successfully trained over 2,000 tribal youth, achieving an impressive 80% placement rate across various high-demand sectors.
