The Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA) is the nodal body under the School & Mass Education Department, Government of Odisha, responsible for implementing, coordinating, and monitoring all major school education initiatives across the state.
Under OSEPA, ASMACS Skill Development Limited (ASDLT) has emerged as a trusted training partner, expanding vocational education across government schools in Odisha. The organization emphasizes hands-on, skill-based learning—particularly in the Plumbing sector—helping students gain practical, industry-aligned competencies while still in school.
