OSDA (Odisha Skill Development Authority)

The Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA) is the apex body established by the Government of Odisha to coordinate, implement, and monitor all skill development initiatives across the state. OSDA serves as a unified platform to streamline various programs, ensuring that the youth of Odisha receive high-quality, industry-relevant training leading to employment, entrepreneurship, or further education.

ASMACS Skill Development Limited (ASDLT) has been a trusted implementation partner of OSDA, consistently delivering impactful training and placement results that contribute to the state’s skill development mission.

Project Achievements

  • 2018–2020: Successfully completed an OSDA project targeting 600 candidates, achieving a remarkable 92% placement rate across multiple sectors.
  • 2023–2024: Currently executing a new OSDA project with an expanded target of 2,200 candidates. Mobilization, training, and placement activities are actively in progress, with steady growth and measurable outcomes.
