Course Overview

After successful completion of Hospitality Assistant MES Course, the trainee will be able to assist in basic Hospitality Services in various departments of Hotels. Operating and to display basic hospitality etiquettes in various roles.

The individuals will train on operating the electrical and electronic home appliances. We will also demonstrate and make trainees practice on personal, social skills and job hygiene standards required during employment.

Curriculum (NOS)

1. To maintain Safety, Health & Hygiene at Workplace
In this OS Unit, The Trainee will be trained on maintaining personal cleanliness and hygiene practices. Able to practice Fire Safety measures, occupational hazards, and safety norms.
2. Able to display Basic Hospitality Etiquettes in various roles
This OS Unit is about to learn basic Hospitality Etiquettes, manner and communication skills. We will demonstrate the awareness of understanding of modern home appliances and gadgets.
3. To perform kitchen services and arrangements.
In this OS unit, Trainee will be trained on their role for the food and beverage section of the household. Introduction to layout, set up a modern kitchen and dining facilities for contemporary homes
