Curriculum (NOS)

− 1. Engage with the customer for service
Identify the requirement of the customer by interacting with him/her; note job details and confirm service scope.
+ 2. Install the air conditioner
Conduct installation & demonstration to the customer’s satisfaction. Verify electrical and refrigerant connections.
+ 3. Repair dysfunctional air conditioner
Diagnose faults, replace parts, test performance and obtain customer sign-off on completion.
+ 4. Interact with colleagues
Work as part of a service team, escalate issues, and follow handover procedures.
