OSFDC (Odisha Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe Development Finance Co-operative Corporation Ltd)

The Odisha Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe Development Finance Co-operative Corporation Ltd (OSFDC) is a state-run initiative dedicated to the economic upliftment and skill development of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and scavenger communities across Odisha.

Between 2017 and 2020, under the OSFDC’s skill development program, ASMACS Skill Development Limited (ASDLT) successfully trained over 2,000 candidates across multiple trades, achieving a remarkable 80% placement rate in industry-relevant sectors.
