Dr. Dev Mohanty
Founder & Managing Director
Dr. Dev Mohanty holds Doctorate in Entrepreneurship, besides Degree in Engineering, and Masters in Business Administration. Dr. Dev Mohanty, after a brief stint as an Electrical Officer on board merchant vessels, established a Marine Manning company in the name of Ashutosh Marine Consultancy Services in the year 1984 with its registered office in Mumbai -India, rendering services to seafarers and ship owners. Dr. Dev Mohanty is the driving force behind the growth of the business of the ASMACS Group of companies.
Abhay Biswal
C.E.O, B.E (Mech)
Mr. Biswal has over 25 years of experience in Hydrocarbon, Power, and Petrochemical projects implementation and execution in India and abroad. He has successfully led large-scale EPC contracts, managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project cycles. His leadership has been instrumental in ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, and adherence to international quality standards.
K Mohanty
Managing Director, BFA from AAU (San Francisco )
He has over 10 years’ experience in spearheading HR, Training, and Placement services. His innovative vision has helped build strong workforce development programs across industries. He is passionate about empowering talent through creativity, technology, and global exposure.
Ganesh Subramaniyan
Group General Manager & Director
Mr. Subramaniyan has over 35 years of versatile experience in shipping, trading, and contract management. He has played a pivotal role in expanding ASMACS’ global operations, building strong industry relationships, and ensuring sustainable business growth. His strategic insights continue to drive operational excellence.
Rishab Saraogi
Group CFO & Director
Mr. Saraogi is qualified as CPA and CFA from the USA and has worked for Rho Capital Partners California, Ernst & Young in New York before joining ASMACS Group. He brings deep expertise in financial planning, risk management, and corporate strategy. Under his leadership, the group has achieved strong financial stability and global expansion.
Satya Parida
Director (Projects), M.B.A (Finance)
Has over 20 years’ experience in management, administration, and new business ventures, successfully managing and executing projects in IT infrastructure and maintenance. He has consistently delivered innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and long-term growth.
Iswar Agasti

With over 35 years’ experience in the banking sector, Mr. Agasti has been instrumental in scaling up the branch network of IDBI Bank. He brings with him vast expertise in administration, management, training, and human resource development.
Brig Adarsh Dhawan
Senior Vice President
Mr. Dhawan is an ex-defence officer. Having retired as Brigadier from the Indian Army, he has served the country on the borders, especially during the Indo-Pak War of 1971. He looks after the Delhi Office. He is qualified as M. Tech in Opto Electronics (UK), National Defence College (NDC), Passed Technical Staff College (PTSC), and holds an MBA from MDI Gurgaon.
